Make the most of your free time
Most of the spare time is spent on TV, talking with friends, sleeping or even going on social media watching or reading stuff that is not even related to you. If you calculate the minutes we have in a day is 1,440 minutes in a 24 hour period a day. There are 5 hours left if you take 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of work per day, 3 hours for eating, drinking, bathing, and 5 hours of free time. How do you spend that time that you have left in a day? That’s 35 hours in 7 days.
This are some suggestions to make free time work for you:
- Read books – grow yourself by reading about motivation, inspiration and encouraging books that will elevate your knowledge.
- Self reflection – a lot of times, we forget to talk sense to ourselves and evaluate what matters to you.
- Helping others – when you help others, it helps you think outside of your box and it makes you feel good.
- Experiment – do something that is out of your boundary or comfort zone.
- Learn something new – by building new skills makes self worth into a higher elevation.
- Exercise – of course not just because you want to lose weight, but improve your mind and body altogether.
Filling something for your free time to something that is worth your time, makes you feel good that you have accomplished something at the end of the day. We all have the same time, and each time equates to change. How do you like your change that day? Or have you changed since the time changed?
