- Introvert- is someone who limits social interactions, is selective and prefers a calm environment. They choose their words carefully. One track mind, but volume of information. The bad thing is, they often have bad first impressions, then follow it with bad communication, verbal skills as to no networking skill.
- Extrovert- is someone that’s outgoing and thrives in social situations. Easier to get along and very expressive. Unreserved person who enjoys and seeks out social interaction.
- Type A or Director – in charge and in control of their environment and their lives. But not detail oriented. Goal oriented and practical in their solutions. And arriving at their solutions and goals will entail a no-nonsense, bottom-line approach. They are often stubborn, workaholics, impatient, easily angered, insensitive, ill-tempered (short fuse), intolerant. They hate day to day patterns and routines.
- Type B or socializers. They are extroverted, outgoing, energetic, and fast-paced individuals who like to be around people and enjoy being the center of attention. They are fun-loving, enthusiastic, friendly and motivators. They try to do more than they can handle. Sometimes unrealistic and not attached to reality. They tend to procrastinate and have short attention spans.
- Type C or thinker. They simply say what they think. A detailed oriented individual. Interested in accuracy, quality control, rationality, and logic. Their weakness is antisocial, worrying about the program they set. Doing their own thing, very skeptical and hard to believe until they prove it themselves. They are afraid of losing control.
- Type D or Supporter – they take their time at their own pace slower toward their work and life in general. They like job security and are very happy doing a repetitive task, anytime of the day. They don’t like rules or sudden changes of plan. But they are compassionate, caring and calm. You can trust and depend on them. Very observant and self-confident.
- Ambivert – a combination of introvert and extrovert. A person having characteristics of both extrovert and introvert. In other words, they fall somewhere in the middle of the spectrum
