Confusion Tips!
Confusion is the word used when there are many choices or sometimes it bothers you what to do next?
From the word confused is where unable to think clearly, wastiness, emptiness, shame, paleness, shaking, trembling. I call it an unstable state of mind, you are unstable. This is when you are not yourself and put in a space where it’s unknown. You don’t know where and what to do. I will take it a bit further, listen to this very clearly, where con is you are in it, and fuse where there is no light in it. That means you are ConFuse.
We all have that moment of state of mind, the very least you can do is these steps I’m about to give you. Do not be in the fuse, but be the light. Because the fuse has no light at all. Fuse is pressure in the mind like a thunderstorm that flashes and produces high temperature.
To get out of confusion:
- Stay still. Take breathing exercises. When you don’t know what to do or say, be still and have peace in your mind.
- Change your atmosphere where you can think with ease and clarity.
- Collect and gather data with pros and cons with it.
- Take action with faith in it, as sometimes we think the solution feels good and easy, but after. is not the right answer.
- Let it go. Letting go is sometimes hard when making a decision, but it’s part of your growth.
- Relax. Make your mind and meditate
- Focus on the positive. Look on the bright side of things.
- Learn. Take the lesson what you get out of it, and grow
- Take charge. Be incharge and do it with passion and dedication.
- Stay away from negativity. Make sure you don’t get advice from negative people or your negative side.
Let me give you some advice. When you are given choices, there is confusion, choose what feels right. Do the right thing rather than the good. Choosing the right thing is always the answer.
